1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77baje platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time. 3️⃣ Identity Verification (KYC)

77baje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards and to confirm the identity and age of account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Smart NID
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate (in conjunction with a government-issued photo ID)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)

Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 77baje reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending verification if there is any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or age misrepresentation.

4️⃣ Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on 77baje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name.
• 77baje does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing times for withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically under 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• 77baje reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to a game wallet.

Any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit through a payment provider after the funds have been credited and used for wagering will be treated as fraudulent activity, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

5️⃣ Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77baje shall not be liable for:

🔟 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 77baje support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion and the absence of pending investigations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

77baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following request.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or operational requirements.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms violation, 77baje reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of prohibited conduct.
